Stay young without surgery

If you thought preserving your youthful looks meant endless rounds of cosmetic surgery, think again.

You can keep your skin young and beautiful by following a diet rich in antioxidants. You can find them in green tea, dark fruits (e.g. berries) and in an algae called chlorella, among others. You should also drink a lot of water to stay well hydrated from the inside.

When choosing a face lotion, don’t forget to check that it has a UV filter and all necessary active ingredients.
